hi doctor i am 31 years old female suffering from hemmoroids(external) with ocassional bleeding and pain.can you suggest any good doctors and hospitals both in hyderabad and mysore or bangalore. thank you

According to your complain you have problem external hemmorroid that one is dilated vein and bleed while excessive straining at toilet.

Antiinflamatory drugs helpful and topical hydrocortisone ointment also helpful to reduce a Inflammation.
Stool softner can use for constipation.
Avoid prolonged time sitting at stool.
warm water sitz bath also helpful in piles.
Take a high fiber foods in your diet.
Drink more water per day..
Avoid straining at toilet time.
Avoid spicy foods.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
