How Can Eye Rashes With Itching, Redness, Tearing And Irritation Be Treated?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...For the lastseveral months I have been suffering with a very itchy, red, rash under both eyes. At times i get a yellowish discharge ( mostly in the a.m, or if I have been rubbing my eyes ). I also experience excessive tearing, which causes more irritation. I have been prescribed eye drops and creams, none of which has helped. I stopped wearing contacts months ago, as well as make up. I am now at the point where I only wash my face with water, and I can't apply any type of moisturizers either. The only thing that seems to alleviate the discomfort is applying vaseline around the eye area (for the dryness), but even that is only temporary at best.The area around the eye is also starting to appear wrinkly. Prior to this I had not one wrinkle around the eyes. Please tell me that this is not permanent!
