How Can Fatigue Along With Headaches And Swollen Lymph Nodes Be Treated?

Thank you, I woke up with moderate fatigue but strong headache and swollen throat glands 3 days ago. Barely could eat soup.Taking ibuprofen and gargling salt water seems to help with neck, head throat and some back pain, though thats not too bad. I still am fairly fatigued, but it doesn t seem my glands are going down. Thank you for your time

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Symptoms look like acute tonsillitis. It's an infection of the tonsillar gland present in the throat.

Betadine mouth gargle. Continue Ibuprofen for headache and throat pain.

Tab. taxim can be taken after consulting with physician. Continue with warm soups

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. LOKESH S,
