How Can Fatigue And Chills Be Treated?

Had a kidney stone removed a couple of weeks ago then was admitted to the hospital with a blood infection now I have no energy. Get very foamy and shakes. I also had a super fast heart beat while in the hospital and a high fever. The NFL tin is gone but I still feel tired all the time and with very much exercises n get clammy and shakes. Also I can t eat very much
