How Can Feet Tingling With Shoulder And Arm Pain Be Treated?

For the last month, I've had an occasional feeling of frostbite/tingling in both feet. It has become a constant feeling over the last couple of days. Also, the last couple of months I have had "shards" of pain in my right shoulder that leads down to my elbow. As I'm sitting here, both feet have the frostbite feeling and the pain in my right arm has started. I've attributed the shoulder pain to the way I sleep on it. I feel fine, otherwise, but my family has me frantic, saying that this is all a sign of a stoke. I intend on making a doctor's appiontment for next week....is this possibly a reason for an emergency room visit?
