How Can Fever Along With Diarrhea And Earache Be Treated?

Hi, i have fever, diarrhea, sharp pain underneath my left ear. Also i have a constant skin peeling on my feet and hands, lasting for months now. I believe i do have athlet s foot, diagnosed when i was a kid. Do you know what i might have and how to cure it? Thanks!
