How Can Fever Along With Severe Body Ache And Pressure In The Forehead Be Treated?

I’ve been experiencing a high fever, severe body aches, a terrible ache in my right hip/lower back behind hip/top of right leg, and also a bad pressure in my forehead when I bend down/tense up. The fever has been difficult to get rid of and each day it seem my hip gets worse. It started out in my lower back right side and I assumed it was from a mildly pulled muscle as it didn’t hurt very bad was just slightly uncomfortable. But now it’s very difficult to walk on that right side, I can’t bend down or tense up or anything because of the pain in my forehead, and I’m still experiencing fevers even though it does seem they’re getting less frequent. What is this, and what should I do?
