How Can Fever Along With Sore Throat And Cough Be Treated?
respectable sir, two days ago i had a little bit sore throat. yesterday beside sore throat i get fever and cough, than i had a tablet, after having tablet today my fever increases however, my cough and and sore throat is gone, but my fever is increase. i feel pain in most of my body parts but in my legs the pain is more.

Hi,
You can have viral pharyngitis like infective condition. The fever will remain for three to four days in such case. You can be prescribed Levocetirizine like a decongestant tablet for symptomatic relief. Paracetamol can be prescribed whenever fever goes high above 102 F.
If no improvement in 3-4 days than investigate with ASO titre and CBC for further work up.
