How Can Fever And Sinusitis Be Treated?

I became ill on Wed. night 1/10 and was diagnosed with type B flu the next day. I still have no energy and no appetite. I am still having fever - yesterday it was 100.6. Today the highest has been 100.2. I started Augmentin yesterday for signs of a sinus infection. Is it normal to still have fever? Should I go in to see my doctor tomorrow morning?

Some advices that I can give to you are:     
-Continue with augmentin 625 mg for 7 -14 days
-use ibuprofen 400 mg for fever
-use nasal sprays for relieve
