How Can Fever And Vomiting In A Child Be Treated Despite Taking Crocin Syrup, Meftal And Moxikind Forte?

My child is 8 n half year old ..she has fever since 3 days .. Started moxikind forte yesterday ..and crocin syrup . yesterday night temp shooted to 104 ..gave meftal ...and she vomited at night and has loose motions too. ...what to I continue with now
