How Can Frequent Urination Be Treated?

My name is Alec 79 yrs. weigh 165, it is a long time that some times I have anxiety, I think for that reason or some problem with my urinary track and intestines I constantly need to go to rest/r for both and specially at night for urination 6/7 time if possibly can help, I consider my age too, but none of my friends 82/86, I see them quite normal.
