How Can Gastrointestinal Problems Be Treated ?

experiencing gastrointestinal issues - bloating , sometimes nausea , sometimes pain, burping, gas, constant noise . Bowel movements sometimes normal, sometimes looks like worms, sometimes lots of mucus, shaped like a sharp L instead of an S. Sometimes when the urge for a bm occurs, if i am standing or lying down, it is almost difficult to control - when i get to the toilet and sit down, nothing will come out.
