How Can Green Stools With Loose Motion Be Treated?

hi my 6 months old son's stool is green in colour and some red colour particles also coming out of that, we took him to doctor . he gave bifilac and taxim-o for the duration of 4 days. while tooking medicines his stool becomes normal and we stopped it. after 2 days again back to same green and also blood has come out of that. we again took him to DR.. he told to take motion test on that it was found that there is a some bacterial infection(mucus) and he gave medicines for 10 days, same bifilac and OFM suspension.during that period he was normal, and again after 4 days his stool becomes very green as well as like loose motion and he passes 4-5 times a day. i was so worried about my kid please suggest any remedy for this.
