How Can Headaches And Blurred Vision After A Head Injury Be Treated?

I took a fall to the pavement in December, I was getting out of a Ryder truck and lost my balance. I fell on the right side, hitting the back of my head. I had a small cut that caused bleeding and a large bump. I was knocked out, but I dont know for how long. I am experiencing headaches, I m sleepy all the time, my head is still sore to the touch. Sometimes I have blurred vision, I just dont feel normal.

Hi,

Your symptoms are probably related to the head concussion.

Anyway, considering the fact that you are sleepy with persistent headaches, I would recommend going to the ER for a physical exam and a brain CT scan in order to exclude possible delayed intracranial bleeding.
