How Can Hearing Loss, Dizziness And Headaches Be Treated?

Hi I was sick with flu symptoms starting 4/15. After resting in bed for 10 days, I recovered from my fever but still felt dizzy, headaches and hearing loss in one ear and stayed in bed. On 4/27 went to MD who prescribed me amoxicillin with Clavulanate Potassium 825mg tables twice daily for 10 days. Today I finished the prescription. Over the past 10 days I have recovered 85% appetite and am eating now, but the anti-biotics have not killed the infection, my headaches have decreased in severity the past 72 hours but my hearing is still lacking, dizzy when standing, and slight headaches persist. Asked doctor for a new prescription of a different anti-biotic. He did not prescribe, but asked me to find another doctor because he felt he was too far away to treat me. I am still resting. What do you suggest? I feel a much stronger than I did 10 days ago but the dizziness, tearing eye, and ear and headache on my right side of head is annoying and prevents me from getting up for long.
