How Can Hematuria With Penile Pain Be Treated?

When urinating a little bit of blood came out at the same time from my penis, and I felt a little bit of pain in my penis but it went away fast, I was masturbating a little before but did not finish, should I be concerned? I am 51 years old, 190 lbs., 6 ft. 1 in. tall, a smoker but otherwise in good health.
