How Can Hiking Swimming And Aerobics Improve Sore Knees?

Low impact activities like biking, swimming, and water aerobics are good for your knees and can help take care of sore knees. But I know that the more we use the knee, the sooner it ll broken. May I know how is hiking, swimming water aerobic help us to take care our sore knees?

Hi,

All these exercises help in strengthening your thigh muscles and thereby loading of the knee. With load being transmitted more by muscles then through the joint, the joints are stressed less and there is less soreness.
