How Can Hypertension Along With Anxiety And Panic Attacks Be Treated?

This is my first time on high blood pressure medicine. I am very anxious as I have 20 some allergies. I am a 78 yr old female. Pressure is usually 145/80. Sometimes lower or a little higher. My heart rate has always been fast 85 to 95. Suffer from anxiety and panic disorder. I just want your opinion under the circumstances do I in your mind really need it. I am shaky etc. Only been on it 2 days. My family doctor was internal medicine and a cardiologist. He never worried about my pressure. This doctor thinks because of my age I should be on it. I trust her but live alone and do not really want to take it. Let me know the results if I do not take it. My carodic arteries are checked every year by my neurologist and they are that of a 35 yr old. Thank you for your time and response. I am sincerely appreciative. At first you have to tell me what are the things which you are afraid from?
are you using any anxiolytic medications?
Are you using a lot of salt in your diet?
What are the things which you are afraid from?
Did you check your kidney functions?
Did you do doppler Ultrasound for the both renal arteries?
Did you check your hormones like thyroid Hormone, Aldosterone, and cortisone?
Why are you living alone?
Do you have any bad experiences in your life in the past?
