How Can Hypertension And Irregular Heart Beats Be Treated?
Hello, I am a 60 year old male in relatively good condition and fairly active, not on any medications, blood pressure runs 120-130 over 78-84, borderline high cholesterol and very little history of heart problems in my family. Occasionally my heart beat is irregular...no fluttering, sometimes skips a beat or 2-3 fast beats in a row that usually doesn t last very long, but I usually can tell because I feel anxious. I have no other symptoms of heart problems that I m aware of. Should I be concerned?
you are suffering from cardiac arrhythmia. consultation with a cardiologist is required for further management. In the meanwhile you should avoid taking tea, coffee, nicotine or any stimulant if you are taking. Do some relaxation exercise like yoga, meditation tc.
