There are some misconception regarding treatment with radioactive Iodine the most accepted treatment for hyperthyroid disease not responding to any other therapy.
As an expert for over 20 years I can just say that this therapy is most effective and with least side effect (the commonest is hypothyroidism which also occurs in other modality of treatment).
It's wrong to take medical treatment solely based on net search.
