Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is common to miss periods after delivery because of effect of lactation on the same.
Dont worry for periods but start using regular method of contraception and best is to get a shot of depo provera which will not affect lactation and give contraceptive benefits too.
In case you have further questions you can consult me on health care magic forum and i will be happy to help
Take care and wish you all the best.
Dr Manisha Jain.
