hi.. doctor i`m 21 yrs old... my sperm comes like fluid and i feel scared because of this..how can i make my sperm healthy again..

if u have a proper ejaculation, your sperm shouldnot be totally like fluid but not to worry, better thing is to get your semen tested, if all values are within normal range then it doesnt matter how it comes.
