How Can I Restore My Appetite And How Will I Gain Weight?
Good morning doc, I m Maricel Behic 26 years of age, i have concern and it s about my health. sometimes i lose my appetite and this happens in the morning when i eat my breakfast. i have problem because i also underweight the average of overall is 96.8pounds,, though i take anykind of vitamins, but yet, did not work! so, how can i restore my appetite? and how can i gain more weight? do i need to take a vitamins in this matter?
Hello Mericel Behic I really appreciate your concern Loss of appetite in morning might be related to faulty dietary habits like late night eating, acid peptic disease or liver and gall bladder disease.
If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you for baseline investigations like blood for hemoglobin, CBC and liver and thyroid function test to get more clues.
Meanwhile please follow these guidelines Have plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables and dry fruits. you should avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food. Complete abstinence of smoking and alcohol is required Have well balanced diet and exercise regularly You can also take multivitamins and minerals supplements
