How Can Infected Blisters On The Body Of An Infant Be Treated?

Hi! There. My infant girl 5 months of age has blisters all over the body. The doctors told me that when the virus finishes its phase the blisters will disappear naturally and they gave me calamine lotion, cloxacillin 125mg/5ml ,and
paracetamol 125mg suppository, acyclovir 200mg/5ml,as supportive measure. So that she is taking these medications but the blisters on her neck are wounded and have got pus. What shall I do for that?
