How Can Insomnia That Began After Loved One's Spouse Be Treated?

I m a 73 year old woman 5 feet tall, 92 lbs & my blood pressure is 111/76. I play golf (18 holes (in a cart) 5 times a week. I lost my husband on 2/14/17 after 50 plus years of marriage. I m very involved in social things, but I don t sleep very well, anymore, & honestly, at night, I miss my soulmate profoundly. However, I don t want to get hooked on a sleep aid, like my sister-in-law did after she lost her husband. Any suggestion?
