I have been diagnosed with pcos since last year and I have consulted some gyanecologist regardig my irregular periods but nothing serious was detected.kindly prescribe some medicine to regularise my periods as I am scared I might develope some serious disease. Thanking you.
You need to go for regular exercises apart from staying out of addictions if any, avoiding oily-junk food. Take food high in protein& fiber and low in carbohydrate. Take iron supplements and include food containing iron in your daily food intake. Avoid constipation. Stay hydrated. Take antacids, Spasmol, when required to get relieve from pain in the lower abdomen. Consult a gynecologist, you will have to go for HRT, hormone replacement therapy to regularize your menstruation cycle. In the mean time you can take Regestrone but stay under treatment of a PCP.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
