How Can Irritable Bowel Syndrome Be Treated?

I believe I have IBS. Inflamation, bloating, etc. Recently, when having a bm, I usually go a very little bit. Then, in about 30 minutes I have to go again. This occurs throughout the day. Is a medication available that will help me have regular and complete bm's?
