How Can Issues With Controlling The Bladder Be Resolved?

Hello-I have been having hip issues for about 8 months now. On Wed I was given a cortisone shot mixed with a numbing solution into both hips. This was done in a surgery center nt just a normal cortisone shot. as a result I am having issues with controlling my bladder. I'm wondering if this is a long term effect of the injections??
