How Can Itchy Rashes Caused After Taking Z-Pak Be Treated?

Hi I started a zpack yesterday along with methylpredinstone I don’t care much for steroids so did not take anymore today but did take 1 antibiotic this am an hour ago started itching, breaking out with hives took Benadryl I do think symptoms are progressing but concerned they could get worse Should I take more of the steroid at this point to help with the reaction? Thanks for advice

You need a dexamethasone injection intramuscular 20 mg. And dont take the drug that caused it, any more. Keep yourself in observation.
