How Can Itchy Rashes On The Penis Shaft Be Treated?
i have circular shaped rash that resembles ring worm on the end of my penis in three different places. Also a rash on the shaft that is itchy. I have been diagnosed with hpv. I am 31 years old 6 feet 1 inch tall 205 pounds. Have had several orthopedic surgeries on both knees and lower right leg, from two compound fractures in 2004. Had a full blood panel and urine analysis done since last sexual partner that came back clean. This condition has started after and tried over the counter ring worm meds as well as jock itch spray.
hi thanks for posting your query on health care magic.
As per your history you seem to have a dual infection, hpv plus fungal infection. Treatment with respect to your fungal infection,is tab terbinafine 250mg for two weeks.Oint Cotrimoxazole also helps.
Avoid taking over the counter drugs.
As far as hpv is concerned, treatment of lesions include procedures like 'Electrocauterisation,Cryosurgery,Laser therapy.
I strongly recommend you to have a periodic follow up of the Hpv status,as it runs the risk of turning cancerous.
consult an expert venerologist for further assistance. Thank you Wish you a good health
