How Can Joint Stiffness Be Treated?

hello doctor I am a female 69 year old and have had cirrhosis for at least 5 years and have about 45% liver function. I am having a lot of joint stiffness is there anything I can take for this. I am also over weight and am trying to lose and have lost 12 lbs. also have an under active thyroid which i take medication for.
