Your blood urea id absolutely normal and you sholud stop worrying about it. You need to know the size as well as location of your stones for any further treatment for them.

If your kidney stones are very small they will come out through urine,so take plenty of water,and some alkalizing syrup.
If stones are big then lithotrypsy or surgery is done.
Do not worry about bl. urea
