How Can Knee Bruising With Fluid And Pain Be Treated?

Hi, it s currently football season at my highschool and I have noticed that my knee that had a bruise, no has a small are where when touched it feels watery and has alittle pain. What exactly is it and how can I help it heal faster, if healing is needed at all. One thing though, I cannot have any treatment that will take me put for the season or a game.

Hello,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you got injury to your knee and you got hematoma(bruise). If you has no fever, then no need to worry much. Hematoma gradually resolved by itself .Thrombophob gel local application three times a day over it(no rubbing) can help in resolving it.You can take analgesic such as diclofenac for pain relief.
