How Can Knee Cap Dislocation With Crepitus Be Treated?

back in November i had xrays on both knees. I found out that my left knee cap has slipped out of place. It makes squishy noises when bending and climbing stairs. There is no pain, but there is some tenderness there. What could possilby be causing this squishing sound?

Hi welcome to health care magic . This is the patellar dislocation. If this is first time and you are not sports person. It can be treated conservatively by using physiotherapy exercises , analgesics and knee brace. If it is recurrent you need surgical procedure. Hope your query has been answered . Thanks .
