How Can Leg Pain With Bruised Sensations Be Treated?

Hello, yesterday afternoon, just above my foot, at the front of my leg, started really hurting to touch. It feels like a bruise but there s no discolouration. I m really baffled as I can t remember hitting it, but there s every chance I did. I m quite freaked out about it, and was hoping for some reassurance.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you may be having extensor tendons tendinitis of foot.It may be due to overexcertion. Its treatment is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen. Icing will be shooting. Vitamin B and C help in recovery. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
