How Can Liver Cirrhosis Along With Peripheral Neuropathy And Fatigue Be Treated?

I fought off Hep C with the triple tx 2012 but already had non-alcoholic cirrhosis from the hep c and I was told I have mild nodules from my last CT scan 2016. I am well compensated early stage Cirrhosis. How big or how many nodules would consider me at mild? My rating is a 7. I am extremely fatigued all the time and have fallen numerous times (almost once a month since Dec. 2016), possibly from my peripheral neuropathy in my feet from a back injury back in 2009. I want to feel better but have no motivation. I take Seroquel 250mg, Celexa 10mg, Klonipin 20mg, and Inderal 20mg all at bedtime, For Migraines, depression, Anxiety, Insomnia and Peripheral neuropathy. Do you have any suggestions for me that could help me feel better?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The medications you are taking do have side effects that may make you get a not so good feeling. Don't worry, talk to your treating doctor so that the doses can be monitored or medications altered so that you feel better. You should visit a neurosurgeon & get physically examined, have all the nerve function tests done.

Get evaluated so that the medications can be started before your nerves get damaged, nerve repairs take time to heal. Fatigue is a symptom of general weakness, take vitamin (B12, B6, Folic acid) & mineral supplements.

Continue taking the medications you have been prescribed for Liver Cirrhosis & avoid oily junk food. Take boiled food, fruits, berries, fresh veggies. Exercise daily, keep hydrated & healthy. Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
