Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor Service. I reviewed your query and here is my answer.
According to your history, it looks like neurological like nerves are compressing somewhere in your spine. Had you any history of trauma or heavy weight lifting? Do you have any bone infection or other bone problem? You should talk to your doctor about your spine investigation like MRI spine for finding the cause of such pain.
For now you need to take these medication which you have mentioned which will help you in your pain control.
Hooe i answered your query. Feel free to ask if you need further assistance. Thanks.
Regards.
