Mild cerebral atrophy is children may be due to any reasons like infection, hypoxia, metabolic disorder etc. It is expected to catch up if there is no ongoing insult to brain. As symptoms are improving,it is expected that injury to brain is halted. Generally, baby only require symptomatic treatment and it may be in the form of medicines, physiotherapy etc. There are no specific treatment for this condition.
