How Can Nasal Congestion And Fatigue While On Enzalutamide Be Managed?
what should be done for a 78 year old male with metastatic prostate cancer who has had immunotherapy that did not stop the growth of his cancer, tried enzalutamide but developed significant bone pain and stopped that drug, and now has nasal congestion that cannot be alleviated, extreme fatigue, some dizziness, and cold hands and feet.

Yes, enzalutamide may cause Asthenic conditions, back pain, diarrhea, Arthralgia, hot flush, Neutropenia, all grades ,Musculoskeletal pain, Peripheral edema ,Headache ,URI. You can use counter acting medication like anti histamine and NSAIDS for relief. Use stream bath, use green leafy vegetables, do regular exercise. Antidepressants also useful. Still symptoms not improved please consult your treating doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
