How Can Nausea Along With Joint Pain And Lower Backache Be Treated?

Hello and thank you first . I have been suffering with nausea , severe joint pain and mid to lower back pain and sciatic is worsening , so much so that I can only sleep a couple of hours @ a time . I have pleurisy now as well and headaches . that being said do you think tizanidine may help me ? I currently am taking diclofenac and cyclobenzaprine .

You can take Tramadol and paracetamol combination 2 times a day for five days take Omeprazole twice a weekly do exercise. Go for walk in morning "physiotherapy is also helpful, apply hot water bag on affected site, apply Diclofenac spray at affected side.
