How Can Nausea Along With Upper Abdominal Pain And Vomiting Be Treated?

My daughter is at college and texting me that she s nauseous and has been throwing up repeatedly. She felt nauseous all day with some extreme upper stomach pain. She threw up on Wednesday too and had kinda been nauseous since. She noticed some hives on her back and side last night and took Zyrtec. Not sure if that s possibly connected or not. Thoughts on what to do? She s normally a quite healthy and active, normal 21-year-old (other than being a gluten-free vegan lol).

* As per my surgical experience, she is having intestine infection through some sort of bacteria or virus consumed by contaminated food or liquids.
* She requires thorough management with her family doctor as prescription of anti emetic, proton pump inhibitor, anti spasmodic and antibiotic medications to cure early.

She may took something antiemetic and antispasmodic to relieve her like primpran and buscopan which I advice to be taken once as an intramuscular injection, if episodes return back, do stool analysis and see a doctor.
