How Can Nausea, Back Pain, Headache And Lower Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

went to the doctors 4 days ago found out i had ibs and a uti. it has been ongoing for 1 month now my symphoms are nausea headache back pain and lower abdominal pain. Now i am getting really sharp shooting pains up my left side and dont know it could be? is this normal?
