How Can Nicotine Be Removed From The System?

Hello, I would say I m a chronic to heavy user. I have to take a saliva test soon. I haven t smoked in almost 48 hours. I m trying to cleanse my body, like use detox pills. I ve been told that I must avoid all toxins, and I ve been told that a lot of these toxins are found in common every day food. I ve also heard a lot of contradicting things about foods that are suppose to help, but don t. What food can I eat, that will help with the detox, or at least won t make the ineffective. Please, and thank you.
