Hi Shubham, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
You haven't mentioned your age? Masturbation and Night erections are absolutely normal and healthy. It is natural to experience these and have these feelings which is under the influence of hormone Testosterone. Pimples will subside gradually once you grow older. Do not prick them and drink plenty of water. Consult a Dermatologist if they bother you much, so that he can examine and prescribe medications. Don't concentrate and emphasise more on them. Concentrate more on your studies and exercise regularly.
Good Luck.
