Hi,I am Dr. Santosh Kondekar (Pediatrician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my 22 month old tripped coming into our bedroom at 3am, in the dark, and hit nose first on the chest at the foot of our bed. It did bleed, but stopped within 5 min. His nose is a bit swollen, no bruising yet (happened yesterday), but his nose sounds like it s stuffy when he s asleep. He won t let us touch his nose too much, as I m sure it still hurts. Is it possible that it could be broken or is it harder for the young one s to actually break their nose?
