How Can Numbness Around The Neck And Ear Due To A Neck Sprain Be Treated?
I seem to have severely sprained my neck somehow.It is extremely painful I ve tried massages and heat therapy to no avail.Luckily it s only on one side of my next now I m experiencing numbness in around that area of my neck, ear and shoulder blade any advice???

Kindly meet a physiotherapist. They can help you deal with this by releasing the tension that has been created on your neck. Along with that, you can have a painkiller too if you are not able to bear the pain.
