How Can Numbness In The Hands And Fingers Be Treated?

took care of my father for 5 years. he had dementia , when I would clean him , feed him and move him around, he would always grab my arms tight, enough to make them black and blue, he would hurt you, very strong man, just his mind was leaving him, anyway over time when I would bend my arms my fingers and hands start going numb, no blood until I put my arms back down , bend them ,numbness, back down , ok. I laid my father to rest a week ago, but I can still feel his grip .
