How Can Numbness, Tingling And Tightness In The Calf And Foot Be Treated?

I am suffering the last 2 months, numbness, tingling and tightness in leg calf and foot. I ve been diagnosed with with a neuroma in my foot, but I am also on Anastrozole for breast cancer. The pain feels like sciatica, and periformis muscles, but is also numb. I m thinking it s the med. What s your thoughts? i have zero back pain.

Better to get an MRI of your lumbar spine to confirm the diagnosis, also get your vitamin D, B12, blood sugar, thyroid profile checked.
