How Can One Confirm The Complete Healing Of The Labrum?

Hey doc, My name is XXXX, I am 20 years old, 6 1, 172 pounds. Approx 1 year ago I tore my Labrum in my left shoulder, had an MRI to verify. It was very uncomfortable with many dislocations after the first couple of months so I basically stopped using my complete left arm for several months. 2 Weeks ago, after several drinks.. I got the nerve up to lift my arm above my head to see if it would still dislocate, and it didn t. My arm now has no pain what-so-ever, I can rotate it a complete 360 degrees without any discomfort. I was wondering if it would be safe to go back to the gym and start lifting weights again? And/or if my shoulder will heal back to its original strength?
