How Can One Confirm Their Fertility For Future Pregnancies Through An Ultrasound Scan?
hello doctor,, i went for a ultra sound scan on 16th day of my cycle for my pelvis in that my right ovary measures 3.81cm x 2.12 cms and left ovary measures 4.20cm x 2.83cms.. both ovaries are normal in size with msf.. and my endometrium thickness was 11.4mm for me minimal free fluid in POD. No adnexal mass lesion seen.. i have pcod also. will be able to conceive all these problems am having

Minimal fluid means that you are ovulating , endometrium thickness os also adequate .
And there are no large follicles in ovaries .
I think , all is ok for pregnancy if your harmonal profile is ok .
